Thanks to Bob Abel for this great link.

A plethora of baseball stats about the Mexican League. Includes current events in the league and links to team websites - which vary from site to site..

SPORTS - GENERAL

ESPN - Deportes
A great resource for information on sporting events, current events in the sports-world, teams, etc.  I use it for my unit on the Detroit Tigers.

Yahoo! - Deportes
Catch up on current events in the sporting world from the Spanish-language version of Yahoo!.

Decathalon
This would be a good site for a sports-themed shopping activity.

Vertical Sports: Deportes Extremos
This website features Extreme sports.  Included are event profiles and profiles of athletes – might be nice content for a “getting to know you” unit.

México para Niños: Sports Section
Very colorful children's explanation of sports contains histories of the games along with Mexican stars.

6 Toros 6 - Revista de Actualidad Taurina
Well, the little Flash bulls are gone, as are the articles, sadly the online content is all but gone.  However, you can see the cover and a few pictures from each edition.  Nice photos.
